ProEx Blow Molding

ProMolder 1 is a 4-day science-based plastics classroom course that includes a machine demonstration reviewing basic machine operations on either an Injection Molding Machine or Paulson’s powerful injection molding simulator, SimTech™. Attendees will gain the foundational knowledge needed for injection molders of all levels. Most courses are in-person, but virtual seminars are available periodically. ProMolder 2 is a 5-day classroom and hands-on injection molding technology course for plastics professionals. After successful completion of ProMolder 1, complete this 5-day classroom and hands-on plastic injection molding technology course to gain new math, spend more time working with the machines, and practice hands-on with SimTech injection molding simulator. Most courses are in-person, with occasional virtual seminars. Use the left-hand menus to choose your delivery method and location.

ProMolder 3 is an intensive 5-day hands-on injection molding technology course. This seminar is the most thorough and technically accurate training available in the plastics industry. In the most advanced scientific injection molding course on the market, learners spend time with Paulson’s innovative injection molding simulator.

This 3-day seminar teaches the business of profitable molding, geared toward managers. This course is for mid-level managers: Molding Managers, Production Managers, Supervisors, QA/QC managers, and any other team members with ownership or responsibilities for quality and production. There are no pre-requisites for this seminar.

ProMolder Troubleshooting is a 4-day virtual, live-streaming class, complete with hands-on SimTech Injection Molding Simulation Lab Lessons for plastic troubleshooting practice. No camera? No audio? No problem. Students may still join by calling in with their phone and using a computer to share the instructor’s screen.

This 5-day seminar covers the critical knowledge needed for successful plastic extrusion. Regardless of experience level, extrusion operators or extrusion engineers of all levels will gain a more thorough understanding and practical application of extrusion via the principles taught in this seminar. Each seminar day includes time set aside for team discussion, problem-solving, and one-on-one instruction.

ProThermo Thin Gauge is a 3-day seminar taught by thermoforming expert Mark Strachan. There are no pre-requisites for this seminar.
